PRICING

We aim to keep this part simple and clear as it was something we found the most challenging when booking similar services for our wedding.  Below you will find 2 packages that have the ability to be expanded, giving you a transparent indication of what you can expect for the fees listed.

Gold | Starting from £1,999 incl VAT 

Platinum | Starting from £2,999 incl VAT 

Before the big day...​

​

  • At least 3 in person or video call sessions to discuss personally what matters the most to you to have included in the film

  • Fully transparent contract with nothing hidden

​

On the big day...

​

  • Single camera operator

  • A minimum of 30mins with you prior to the service

  • Coverage at the venue at least 30mins before the service begins

  • Various shots both during and after the service

  • Reception coverage until the first dance or equivalent  

​

After the big day...

​

  • 12 week deadline to complete your film (much sooner in most cases)

  • High quality MP4 digital video with a runtime between 4-9min in length (actual duration can vary slightly)

  • The final film will be colour graded, with music and sound design as required

  • At least 5 in person or video call sessions to discuss personally what matters the most to you to have included in the film

  • Fully transparent contract with nothing hidden

On the big day...

​

  • Dual camera operators

  • A minimum of 45mins with you prior to the service

  • Coverage at the venue at least 45mins before the service begins

  • Time-lapse shot of the venue 

  • Aerial drone footage (subject to weather)

  • Various shots both during and after the service

  • Reception coverage, including the first dance or equivalent then 1hr of celebrations

After the big day...

​

  • 12 week deadline to complete your film (much sooner in most cases)

  • High quality MP4 digital video with a runtime between 5-10min in length (actual duration can vary slightly)

  • The final film will be colour graded, with music and sound design as required

The Little Extras | Optional Additions

The clear pricing above doesn't include the following optional extras.  If you need clarification around what any of these offer in greater detail, please don't hesitate to get in touch so we can explain, helping you decided if they are something you would like to include or not.

  • Wired personal audio recording for 2 people                                        £49.99 incl VAT 

  • Wireless personal audio recording for 2 people                                    £99.99 incl VAT

  • Separate date additional venue footage (inclement weather contingency)     £149.99 incl VAT

  • Separate date additional aerial footage (inclement weather contingency)         £149.99 incl VAT

Additional charges that may apply

As we are based in London we won't charge any extra if your service is taking place within 100 mile radius.  If you are further away, it's not a problem but we would need to add on a small fee with consideration towards travel costs.

  • Overnight accommodation charge                                                         £54.99 incl VAT 

  • 100 miles radius fuel charge                                                                    £49.99 incl VAT

Wherever possible we will try to avoid these charges however, if we are travelling a sizable distance from London then these charges may apply.  We will discuss this with you during our first consultation.
